Kaimai Ward Reserves Management Plan
The Reserve Management Plan has been prepared under the provision of the Reserves Act 1977. Unless specifically excluded, it covers all reserves vested in or under the control and administration of Western Bay of Plenty District Council.
The process we went through ensures that our Reserve Management Plans reflect community needs and expectations, support a growing and diverse population, align with updated Council rules, policies and strategies, include new reserves, and guide future development and funding decisions. The Kaimai Reserve Management Plan was last reviewed in 2016.
The Strategy and Policy Committee adopted the Kaimai Reserve Management Plan on 31 July 2025 and covers 63 reserves across the Kaimai Ward.
