Connecting your property to our water system

To install a new water, wastewater, or stormwater connection, please complete the appropriate form below.

If you need to do any work to a meter, please complete a new water meter application form.

Only an approved installer is allowed to complete this work. The council approved contractors are listed on the application form.

(Please note: if you are applying for connections at more than one property, please lodge a separate application for each).

We maintain a list of approved water service connections contractors who have agreed to provide connections to our standards. You must choose a contractor from these lists on the application form.
