The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 has a close down period for processing licence applications from 20 December 2020 to 15 January 2021. All special licence applications for events up until mid-February 2021, must be filed before 20 November 2020.
The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 is the alcohol licensing law set in New Zealand. Applications for alcohol licences and managers certificates made in our district are determined by the Western Bay of Plenty District Licensing Committee (DLC).
