Trading in Public Places
Where can I trade?
You will need to nominate a specific location you wish to trade from. This location needs to be at least 300m from another trader.
For more information please read the Trading in Public Places Bylaws 2019.
If you wish to trade on a State Highway, you must also apply through New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA).
We are not currently accepting applications for Wairoa Road River Reserve, the Park and Ride carpark on Omokoroa Road or ANZAC Bay.
