Alcohol at an Event
If you wish supply, sell or consume alcohol at your event (excluding a wedding) then you may need a license or permit to do so. See our website for all information on our alcohol ban areas, licensing and permits. If you have any questions or require some assistance, please contact the Liquor Licensing Team on 07 571 8008.
If you wish to have alcohol (i.e. a toast) at your wedding which is taking place on a Council reserve, you will need to complete an Application for Alcohol Dispensation for an Event/Wedding on Council Reserve (PDF, 165KB).
In both of the above cases, you will need to complete an event application form. See our website of how to apply. Please note: just complete the parts of the event application form that relate to your event or wedding. A new online form is under development.
