Proposal To Close No. 3 Road Between #7 to #19 , Te Puke To Vehicular Traffic

Pursuant to Section 342, Schedule Ten, 11(e) of the Local Government Act 1974 and the

Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, for the purpose of Diwali Fireworks Event proposes to close the following road(s) to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.

Road proposed to be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic:

Between 7 No.3 Road to 19 No. 3 Road, Te Puke

Period of proposed closure: 8th November 2026, 8:45pm to 9:15pm

Any person wishing to submit to the proposal is required to provide their submission in writing, before 11/10/2026 to the email address: transport@westernbay.govt.nz or at offices of Western Bay of Plenty District Council, 1484 Cameron Road, Barkes Corner, Tauranga
