"Pongakawa has great community spirit, and things really get done here, like the Action Centre and Wetlands Project.  As a keen cyclist, I find the local roads great for cycling and we are also close to lakes, beaches and bush. The Eastern Link now connects us more easily to the opportunities of a large urban centre.  All in all, a great place to live."
Karl Buhler, Pongakawa School Wetlands Project
