Proposal To Close Middlesbrook Road, Jocelyn Street and State Highway 2, Katikati To Vehicular Traffic
Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Tenth Schedule, notice is hereby given that the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, for the purpose of Festival of Cultures Parade. proposes to close the following road(s) to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.
Road to be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic:
Middlesbrook Road, Jocelyn Street and State Highway 2, Katikati.
Period of closure:
Saturday 3 June 2023, 9.00am to 12noon.
It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
