The submission form for the Proposed District Plan is available in Word (.doc) format and Adobe PDF format.
Please use the Word document if you wish to edit the content and return the document by email.
The PDF version will be quicker to download and open if you intend to complete the form by hand and return by fax or post.
You can pick up a Submission Form for the Proposed District Plan from our Offices at Katikati, Te Puke, Omokoroa or Waihi Beach Library and Service Centre, Main Council Office at Barkes Corner, or download a copy below.
Submissions close 4.00pm on Friday 3 April 2009
When you have completed your Submission form you can deliver it to any of our offices or email it to submissions.districtplanreview@westernbay.govt.nz,
