28 September 2012 - last day for discount
Pay your rates for the entire year in one lump sum and receive a discount of 3%.

26 October 2012 - first instalment
Final date for payment of the first rates instalment for 2012/2013 without incurring a 10% penalty.

22 March 2013 - second instalment
Final date for payment of the second rates instalment for 2012/2013 without incurring a 10% penalty.
