23 September 2011 - last day for discount
Pay your rates for the entire year in one lump sum and receive a discount of 3%.

28 October 2011 - first instalment
Final date for payment of the first rates instalment for 2011/2012 without incurring a penalty.

23 March 2012 - second instalment
To avoid a 10% penalty you must pay your second rates instalment by this date.
