Direct debit form - print, complete and sign both pages. Post to the Rates Team, Western Bay of Plenty District Council, Private Bag 12803, Tauranga 3143. Please note: your bank will not accept your direct debit form if you do not include both pages with original signatures. Please make sure you send the completed two page form to Council first so we can set up our accounts system to recognise payments from your bank. We will forward the form directly to your bank.
Automatic Payment Form - print and complete the form, taking care to make sure the amounts you choose to pay will settle each rates instalment before the penalty date. Send the completed form directly to your bank.
