This is the 20-year Plan for the future of Maketu. Adopted in March 2007, this Plan is the result of many months of work undertaken by the Community. The Plan was built on input from residents and ratepayers on a range of issues; including land use, the area’s economy, natural environment, recreation, community facilities and culture.
Input was also gathered from government and non-government organisations who wanted to play their part in a coordinated approach to take the Maketu ward forward - view the Maketu plan
