This Reserves Management Plan has been prepared under the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977. A Reserves Management Plan provides direction for the ongoing day to day management and potential development of Reserves. Unless specifically excluded it covers all reserves vested in or under the control and administration of the Western Bay of Plenty District Council within the Te Puke Ward of Western Bay of Plenty District.
The Te Puke Ward Reserve Management Plan was adopted by Western Bay of Plenty District Council on 24 June 2004.
