Waihi Beach wastewater treatment plant

Bay of Plenty Regional Council, by a decision dated 31 July 2012 and amended by the Environment Court by a decision dated 20 March 2013, granted Western Bay of Plenty District Council a Resource Consent to discharge treated wastewater for a 35 year period.
