Feel free to call in to visit Joe Stewart, Project Manager or Jess Maassen, Project Co-ordinator at the Project Office based at the Maketu Community Centre, adjacent to the Maketu Fire Station between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively they can be contacted on 533 2587.

The official opening will take place on Saturday 14 April 2012 from 10am with a powhiri at Whakaue Marae.  After the powhiri buses will transport people to the new treatment plant on Arawa Avenue for a site blessing and official opening. 

The next community meeting will be held on Thursday, 24 May 2012 at 6.30pm at the Maketu Fire Station where a full update of the project and work programme will be provided.
